Sally is the Policy Lead on the Parli Gender committee, the Workplace Equality Network for Gender Equality, where she is running a mentorship programme to support the career development of women working in Parliament. As a feminist and violence against women activist, Sally was recognised by UN Women UK as a 'Safe Spaces Now' Champion for her work in campaigning for an end to public sexual harassment.
