Information and resources for Mindfulness practice including drop-ins, day retreats and courses run at The Chaplaincy Centre.

These friendly and accessible mindfulness sessions consist of a c.25-min mindfulness practice, and group reflection afterwards. In Welcome Week they include a short introduction to Chaplaincy services and resources, and information at the end of the session about how to take part in the Chaplaincy's mindfulness classes during the semester. There will be tea, coffee and biscuits.

The UoE Mindfulness programme at the Chaplaincy offers a wide range of resources, from free lunch-time drop-ins to monthly day retreats, led by Dr Kitty Wheater, Mindfulness Chaplain. The programme take place both in-person and online.
