Information and resources for Mindfulness practice including drop-ins, day retreats and courses run at The Chaplaincy Centre.

The UoE Mindfulness programme at the Chaplaincy offers a wide range of resources, from free lunch-time drop-ins to monthly day retreats, led by Dr Kitty Wheater, Mindfulness Chaplain. The programme take place both in-person and online.

The MindLetter is a weekly essay for reflection and practical inspiration around wellbeing and living a good life. It can be read by itself, and also includes a practice to explore in your own time. Email mindfulness@ed.ac.uk to subscribe.

All Mindfulness Day Retreats are now running online.

Each week's lunchtime mindfulness drop-in consists of a guided practice and group inquiry. The practices are recorded, and available here either as a video or audio file, to stream or download for personal use.
All practices are 25-30 mins long, unless otherwise described.
