Mindfulness Friday Drop-In Welcome. Mindfulness lunchtime drop-in sessions run Fridays, 1.10pm - 1.50pm, with the Welcome Week session running from 1pm - 2pm. Starting 18th September and running until 11th December.All mindfulness drop-ins are open to UoE students and staff, NHS Lothian staff and EFI Partners. No booking needed - just join on the day for some quiet time and breathing space.
