We are living in a time where apprehension and fear are, sadly, very prevalent and where it is, therefore, even more important to look for, and to nourish, hope. It can be tempting to see our choices through a lens of fear rather than of hope and that can easily become habitual. But, as Mandela did through the long years of his imprisonment, we need to keep hope alive. What seeds of hope might you sow today?
