The Abundant Academy Programme and Community in 2024-25

We begin the year building up a habit of Replenishment, as fundamental to leadership and, indeed, to functioning at all!

The sessions are also open to the  Abundant Academy Community, a wonderfully supportive and inspiring network that is made open to all programme members. AbAc Community members also meet outside of the programme dates, for facilitated gatherings, on-going coaching, and personal check-ins on whatever is important to us in our lives right now.  

All core sessions run online in order to maximise access. 

Bonus events and in-person workshops

Information about bonus events will be circulated across the year. Some of these will be in-person. In-person workshops focus particularly on the embodied aspects of Abundant Academy, which are vital to the transformative effects of the resources.

• ‘Handling perfectionism and imposter syndrome’, online, 11.00-13.00, Thursday 7 November
• ‘Embodied learning: using your full intelligence', in-person, 11.00-15.00, Friday 29 November 2024, Chaplaincy Centre, 1 Bristo Square.
• ‘Asking for what you need, for individual and group endeavours’, online, 11.00-13.00, Tuesday 11 February 2025
• ‘Saying “No”, so that you can say “Yes” to what is most meaningful’, in-person, 11.00-15.00, Friday 21 February 2025, Chaplaincy Centre, 1 Bristo Square.
• ‘A day of inspired, visionary planning (outwith SMART goals)’, in-person, 11.00-15.00, Tuesday 13 May 2025, Chaplaincy Centre, 1 Bristo Square.

Participants receive:

• Fortnightly group coaching in 2-hour sessions, delivered in confidential groups that enable strong bonds to form.
• Online and in-person workshops with the Abundant Academy Community
• Abundant Academy Community winter and summer refreshers, with lazer coaching, embedding of the resources, and community-forming 
• Welcome packs and resources
• Full notes from every core session with assignments for embedding the learning; 
• Access to blogs and podcasts to support what we are learning in the Abundant Academy
• Invitations to Away-days with the Abundant Academy Community
