Mindfulness for PhD Students workshop

What are the particular psychological demands of PhD work? How might mindfulness help to hone attention, enable creativity and respond effectively to stress throughout doctoral crunch-points? In this workshop, we'll explore some of the cognitive framework behind mindfulness training, and experiment with short practices designed to regulate the nervous system and shift your 'mode of mind' under stress.
