Our priority is supporting University students and staff; bookings are accepted only if they do not disrupt daily operations.Availability during semester:Rooms at the Chaplaincy Centre, Bristo Square are open for bookings Monday to Friday 10am to 9pm. Please note that the building opens at 9.30am but the first booking is from 10am.The Chaplaincy Rooms at King’s Buildings are open for bookings Monday to Friday 9am to 9pm. Please note the building is accessible 8.30am-5pm. If you hold a University card, it is possible to have a code added which allows access the building outside of these hours.
